Our Mission
The mission of our practice is to provide the most up-to-date orthodontic care to our patients in a comfortable atmosphere that provides a positive orthodontic experience to children and adults alike. Our team will continue to learn and grow each day to fulfill our quest to be the BEST.
Appointments
It may be necessary for the patient to make appointments during school hours. Arrangements should be made with teachers to make up schoolwork prior to or after our appointments. Our appointment hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most appointments will be approximately 30 minutes in length.
Payment Options
We understand that orthodontics is a personal as well as a financial investment. Therefore, many of our patients have questions regarding orthodontic fees and financial arrangements. Our practice offers several convenient payment options.
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover.
- Pre-Payment Courtesy: If you should decide to pay your orthodontic fee in full at the beginning of treatment, we will extend a 5% bookkeeping courtesy.
- In-Office Financing: We offer no interest, flexible financial arrangements.
- Flexible Payment Options using OrthoFi: This option is helpful when choosing to treat multiple family members at one time or when a family would like to extend their payments longer than the course of treatment.
Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance, please provide us with the necessary information and we will be glad to file the claim for you. We are a preferred provider for HealthChoice and Delta Dental Premier.
Family Dentist
We recommend that you continue to be seen every six months for cleaning and cavity checks after your appliances are placed.
Infection Control
For your health and protection, this office follows the most up-to-date methods of sterilization and infection control.
